FAQs

    • Step 1: Verify your identity using your phone number or email.

    • Step 2: Start scrolling through personalized and relevant content.

  • If you're having trouble logging in, try selecting "Create Account" and entering your information. Our system will either recognize your existing account and log you in, or it will create a new profile for you.

  • Your personal dashboard will highlight your own personal journey and celebrate the steps you’ve taken, and encourage you to take your Next Step.

    Decide- Your decision icon will turn blue if you have accepted Jesus in your heart.

    Baptism- Your Baptism icon will turn orange once you’ve been water baptized at Journey Church. If you have been baptized outside of Journey Church, please let us know.

    Attend- We believe that in order to grow in our faith, we should actively and regularly worship in a community of believers. We have a couple indicators of regular attendance such as when you check in to serve, check in attendance through the app or you check a child into JKids.

    Your Worship icon will turn blue if you have attended service 4 times in the past 12 weeks. If you have attended regularly and your badge bar is not lit, please contact us through connect@journeyorl.com

    Small Groups- We believe God created us to live in relationship with others, and only then can we live the full life He intends for us. Sharing life through community is part of our design. Your Connect icon will turn blue each semester when you join a small group through Journey Church.

    Serve- We believe serving others is one of the most effective ways to live out your faith. Your Serve icon will turn blue when you’ve been added to a serving roster and have checked in to serve 3 times in 12 weeks.

    Give- The Bible asks us to give our first and our best back to God, and He will bless the rest. We return to the Lord 10% of what He’s given us because it belongs to Him. Your Give icon will turn blue for your 1st time gift OR at least 4 transactions of any amount in a rolling 12 weeks.

    Share- We believe in the value of sharing your story. We have created a place for you to share what God has done in your life with others. Your Share icon will turn blue after submitting a life story at Journey Church.

    Lead- Christianity was never meant to be lived alone. Your badge will turn blue once you are a team lead, coordinator or small group leader.

Whether it's a milestone, event participation, or a special achievement, we want to make sure your badges tell your story.

  • To join a community by campus or ministry, simply tap the "Community" tab and select a group to join.

  • To access daily devotionals, tap the "Daily" tab and either select today's date or scroll down to the "Watch Today's Devotional: People Are Journaling" section.

  • To submit a prayer request, go to the "Daily" tab and select "Pray Alongside Your Community." Tap "Done," then submit your request under the section titled "How Can Others Pray for You?"
